Official Rules
To qualify for one of the 100 VIP start spots, $200 must be received by May 5th, 2010 (online and/or at our Daly City office). Any donations received after this date will not be counted towards the Pledge Runner Program. Cash and checks can be sent (along with a paper form with your name and address) to:

There are only 100 spots available on a first come, first served basis. Spots will go to the first 100 pledge runners that register AND raise $200 (per person).
Those who receive one of the VIP start spots will be notified via e-mail by May 7th. Race packets will be mailed out along with a Breathe California “wickable” running shirt at that time as well. If there is a problem delivering to the address you provide during the registration process, you will need to make arrangements to pick up your packet at our Daly City office OR at the Breathe California booth at the ING Bay to Breakers Expo on the Friday or Saturday before the race. You will not be able to pick up your packets on race day.
Donations are not refundable. Those who
do not raise $200 and do not qualify to receive a VIP start spot will still be eligible to receive Breathe California fundraising incentive prizes,
but will need to register for the race individually through the ING Bay to Breakers 12K website
www.ingbaytobreakers.com in order to participate.
You may continue raising money to qualify for additional incentive prizes until May 31st at 11:59 pm.
Breathe California is a 501c(3) non-profit organization and all donations made to the agency are completely tax-deductible.
