Easily increase your fundraising results!
Many companies offer matching gift programs that will double, even triple the value of a donation or pledge that YOU make. Here's how to do it:
- Request a form from your HR contact/department.
- Follow your employer’s instructions on the gift matching forms for donations to 501(c)(3) organizations.
- Please be sure that the name of the event (example: 2009 ING Bay to Breakers 12K, or B2B 2009), the name of the fundraiser/runner, and your name is clearly printed on your form.
- Send the form to us: Breathe California, 2171 Junipero Serra Blvd. #720, Daly City, CA 94014
Be sure to let your PLEDGORS know about Matching Gift programs; they will need to contact their own HR department to initiate the process. You can point them in the right direction though...
