2010 Student Contest

Get your high school involved; win up to $1,000!

Students in San Francisco County or San Mateo County have the opportunity to join in on the fun, win money for their school clubs or sports teams and make a difference. Schools can set up teams of participants who can either walk and/or volunteer in the Breath of Life Walk at Golden Gate Park.

The high school from San Francisco County or San Mateo County with the highest score at the event will win $1,000 for their school. Second place will receive $500 and third will receive $250. There will also be other fun awards.

School Teams can designate their own Champions, and have an internal fundraising contest!

Organizing a team and participating in this year’s Breath of Life Walk will give your school the opportunity to have some fun and support the important work that Breathe California does to promote public health and fight for cleaner air and healthier lungs.

This is a chance to make a difference in the lives of those with lung disease!
