Employee Matching Gift Program
Easily increase your fundraising results!
Many companies offer matching gift programs that will double, even triple the value of a donation or pledge that YOU make. Here's how to do it:
Request a form from your HR contact/department.
Follow your employer’s instructions on the gift matching forms for donations to 501(c)(3) organizations.
Please be sure that the name of the event (example: Bike 4 Breath 2010, or B4B 2010), the name of the fundraiser/rider, and your name is clearly printed on your form.
Send the form to us: Breathe California, 2171 Junipero Serra Blvd. #720, Daly City, CA 94014
Sit back and watch your fundraising dollars grow!
Be sure to let your PLEDGORS know about Matching Gift programs. They will need to contact their own HR department to initiate the process. You can point them in the right direction though...
