Breathe Healthy at The Breath of Life Boot Camp
Hosted by Breathe California and AlaVie Fitness
In addition to the FREE walk, Breathe California and AlaVie Fitness team up to offer the 2nd annual Breath of Life Boot Camp! As a more active alternative, the boot camp stations along the 5k course will challenge you physically while building your confidence and boosting your well-being.
Start a family, friends or corporate team today! Or join us just as an individual for a Saturday morning of exercise, fun and camaraderie as we bring awareness to lung health issues in our community. The boot camp also consists of breakfast, music and exhibits located in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park.
